Acharavi offers a variety of tavernas, bars and cafés to suit all tastes from traditional Greek to Italian and more. There are too many to mention individually but here are a few of our suggestions.

 

Tavernas & Restaurants

Maistro -  A very pleasant restaurant, very popular with the locals and sometimes it is necessary to book. Located on the beach. with a traditional greek menu. 

Angelos Pizzas & Crepes - On the high street of Acharavi, fantastic pizzas and a wide selection of crepes.

George Taverna -  A traditional Greek restaurant, again overlooking the beach. The fish comes highly recommended. Ask what they have in. 

Ginger - A contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar.

Alegria - A tapas/meze style restaurant.

Falaraki - A down to earth Taverna with traditional greek food, ideal for a quick bite for lunch or supper. 

The Pumphouse - Serves traditional greek cuisine and is one of the longest standing establishments here. 

 

Cafés

Tales - A good café/bar next to the Dimitra supermarket.

Ilo Ilo - A good place for coffee in the morning, popular with the locals and they have good cakes too to enjoy there or take away. Situated near the Bus Stop.

Fuego - Right on the beachfront in Acharavi. Perfect for morning coffee.

Bars

All Cafés and Bars serve wine and spirits and are open all day. There are beach bars such as Veggera which has live music at the weekends.

WITHIN 30MINS DRIVE OF ACHARAVI

Foros - Old Perithia - Lovely place for lunch high up in a remote village. This traditional Taverna came to fame when the famous chef Rick Stein visited it and mentioned it on his TV series- Mediterranean Escapes.

Imerolia - Kassiopi - Fish restaurant with a large balcony overlooking the sea. 

Three Brothers - Astrakeri - Fish restaurant by the sea. 

Little Italy - Kassiopi - Italian restaurant.

Tavernaki - Kassiopi - Traditional Greek food located on the edge of the harbour. 

Toula’s - Agni - Fantastic restaurant located on the beach in Agni. Table reservations are usually necessary during the High Season.
