“Such a lovely holiday in this gorgeous house. It is remote but the views and tranquility make the 10 minute windy drive up the hill totally worth it.
The house is immaculately clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything works as it should do and the air conditioning was efficient and very welcome. The garden is gorgeous with beautiful views and a peaceful setting for al fresco meals.
Fiona was a dream to deal with - so helpful and efficient. She sourced a BBQ for us at short notice, recommended restaurants and organised a mid week clean. Nothing was too much trouble.
There is lots to do in the area and some great beaches to visit. Kalamaki beach is definitely worth a visit and do have lunch at Nikolas restaurant if you go.

Acharavi, at the bottom of the mountain, has long beaches and the town has both cheap and better quality supermarkets and restaurants.”

“The house is very spacious and beautifully located up in the mountains, with a wonderful view over the sea. We really enjoyed lazy, sunny mornings on a terrace and silent nights. The house is quite far from the nearest shop or beach, so if you are looking for some night-life, it might not be the best choice. It’s about 10 minutes steep drive from Acharavi, where you can find the tavernas and several beaches. But if you are looking for an authentic Greek house in a quiet Corfiot village, it will be just perfect! We loved it! Highly, highly recommended!”
